New York Pizza Pocket had built a loyal following in Sacramento's Pocket neighborhood through great pizza and word of mouth. But their online presence did not match the quality of their food. They needed a website that showcased their menu with high-quality photography, integrated online ordering, and communicated the family-owned authenticity that sets them apart from chain pizzerias.
With 4.8 stars and 200+ reviews on Google, they had the social proof -- they just needed a website that converted that reputation into online orders.

Our Approach
We started by understanding what makes New York Pizza Pocket different -- the family ownership, the authentic New York-style recipes, and the deep roots in the Pocket neighborhood. We wrote all the copy to emphasize these differentiators, positioning them as the antidote to chain pizza.
The design uses vibrant photography, a modern layout with scroll-triggered animations, and a transparent header that immerses visitors in the food imagery. Online ordering is integrated directly, with family specials and bundle deals prominently featured.
